Terms of use

October 18, 2026

These terms cover the Nogo app and the site at nogo.pro. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nogo.

The product

Nogo is a training app for compatible laser trainers and targets. It detects laser hits with the phone camera and turns them into drills, scores, and a program. It is not a firearms instructor, and it does not make a firearm safe.

Safety

You are responsible for the equipment and the room. Before any session that involves a firearm, confirm it is unloaded and that live ammunition is out of the training area. Follow the safety rules for that firearm and for the laser device. Do not point a laser at eyes, and do not use Nogo in a way that could harm a person or damage property.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete the account in the app, as described in the privacy policy.

Nogo Pro

Some of the app requires Nogo Pro. It is a subscription sold by Apple or Google, with a free trial when the store offers one. The price, the billing period, and the trial length are shown in the app before you confirm. The subscription renews until you cancel. Cancel in the Apple or Google subscription settings. Deleting the app, or closing the paywall, does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by the store that charged you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not break it, probe it, resell it, or use it to break the law. The drills, copy, targets, and software belong to Nogo. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. You do not receive ownership of it.

The service can change

Training content, scores, and features can change. The app and this site are provided as available. We can suspend an account that abuses the service. To the extent the law allows, Nogo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage that comes from how you train. Some places do not allow those limits, and in those places the limit is the smallest the law allows.
