Nogo is an at-home laser training app. This page says what the app and this website collect, why, and who else handles it. Nogo does not sell personal information.
Account
You can create an account with an email and a password. That account is stored by our auth and database provider, Supabase, and is used to keep your training history with you. You can also use the app without an account. If you later sign up, the progress from that install can be linked to the account.
You can delete the account in the app. That marks the account deleted and signs you out. Email hello@nogo.pro if you want the remaining training records removed as well.
Training
Sessions, scores, skill estimates, programs, favorites, streaks, and reminder settings are saved so the app can show progress and pick the next session. When you are signed in, those records sync to Supabase.
Camera
The camera is used to see a printed target and detect laser hits. That processing happens on the phone. Nogo does not upload the camera video.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app stores a push token and your time zone so a reminder can be sent at the time you chose. Push delivery uses Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn reminders off in the app, and you can turn notifications off in the phone settings.
Purchases
Nogo Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by Nogo directly. We do not receive your card number. RevenueCat tells the app whether the subscription is active. The stores keep their own records of the purchase.
Analytics and crashes
The app uses PostHog to understand which screens and training events are used, and to receive crash and error reports. If you are signed in, your account id and email can be attached to that profile so a report can be tied to the account. The website itself does not set analytics cookies.
Children
Nogo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
This website
nogo.pro is a static site. It does not ask you to create an account. Your browser still talks to the host that serves the pages, which can log the usual connection data such as IP address.
